Summary : A retelling of the Arabasta arc with new music and animation.
While essentially the same story the movie excludes a few bits such as the Navy involvement (thus Smoker and Tashigi are absent), the Rainbase stop (no Mr. 3 is present as a result) and the second fight of Luffy and Crocodile at the Alburna Palace, presumably for length of time. As well as changing some things like Mr. 2 meeting Sanji on the Going Merry, but not touching his cheek.
